SCCM BGBserver log errors - help

Hi there,

We are getting a lot of errors in the log BGBserver.log

ERROR: Authentication failed - closing the connection. Exception: System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The Local Security Authority cannot be contacted~~

In addition there are other errors in this log such as

ERROR: Expecting more data from client (IPaddress)

Any help in getting these errors deciphered would be greatly appreciated and the meaning to them so if changes need to be made then they can be changed.

Did anyone get an answer on this? Upgraded the Primary Site to OS 2022 and now have the same error message.

HI All,

I am also observed same issue now its fixed in my infra.

Issue : All the machines are reported as Offline.
Fix: ( Mapping the correct certificate got resolved the issue for me)
While checking the logs observed expired server certificate precent in certificate store. But in SQL manager and the registry its mapped the updated certificate. I have deleted the Expired certificate and restarted the Sms_executive service.
