NEW MS patches update and report issue in SCCM

Guys,

I am running more that 25 secondary server environment where SUP is running.. Currently facing changelings in MS patches update.. as we have clients systems on which latest patches are not showing installed when we checked physically however in the report it shows 100 % compliance..

You valuable support really will be appreciated.
