I need to uninstall a version of Office, then install a new version of Office and finally execute a script batch at the same time (without rebooting the workstation).
What is the best procedure to achieve this migration ?

While PSappDeployToolkit would do the job for you but would like to mention that the XML file for installing office can be configured to uninstall all version of office before installing a new one.
