SOLVED Express updates not downloading

Hi all, I posted this on technet as well but I'm trying to get as much help as possible.

SCCM CB 1910 KB4537079 installed.

I am using express updates and ever since I installed SCCM KB I seem to have a problem with large PSF files.

It started with my OS ADR failing about a hash verification error but still creating the SU group. After searching the web I deleted my package and downloaded it again. I found that when SCCM downloads a large PSF it is able to download it partially (50-60%) than stops for no apparent reason and than gives the hash verification error. Our organization is not large so I can check both our network and our firewall. both look great. Also, my Office ADR ran perfectly. I restarted my server but the problem continues.

The last time I ran the ADR it was without KB4537079 and it work perfectly.

Any ideas?

Can you download the file manually? if Not then it is a firewall/network issues.

We couldn't find anything in our firewall and deleting the update package and downloading it again worked except for those specific cumulative updates. here is my patchdownloader file text for one of those updates:

Running into the same issue. I don't think it's network / firewall as Office ones went through OK. I'm going to turn off the Windows 10 express files (they are enabled) and see if that helps.

Did this also happen after installing KB4537079?

We haven't installed it - we're running 1906 at the moment. We did recently enable the Express updates and I do recall Prajwal suggesting it in another post.

Garth was right. Because I work from home I was able to take the download URL and paste it in a browser and the download completed successfully. I tested the URL on several other computers in work LAN and the download got interrupted.

Express files are downloaded from http://dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com and other updates are downloaded from http://download.windowsupdate.com. I suggest for you two more tests: 1 is copy huge file from one location to another (more than 5 giga) and another one is to test a huge download from a https website if both are working than you need to check it there.
