SOLVED Can roles SCCM Site Server and SCOM Gateway Server run on same server

To avoid lots of servers to be installed and maintained, I want to know if it is feasible and advisable to host both SCCM Site Server/Software Update Point and SCOM Gateway on the same server in a DMZ for management of servers in the same DMZ.
Can anyone tell me the do's and don't s on this idea?

I would never share CM with anything that it, it is even listed within the docs as a recommendation too.
