SOLVED %1 is not a valid Win32 application

Hello,

I have a problem with software updates download.
SCCM is hosted on Win Server 2019 recently restored for an OS upgrade.

But i can't find a solution.

i'm grateful for any way to resolve this

I've try to manualy download an other file with the same issue.

It was a proxy problem. And it is working now.
