PENDING WinPE reboots after Preparing Network Connections OSD

I am set up to PXE boot, changed DHCP, loaded Boot file, rebuilt boot file, checked network driver and all seems good. When laptop boots to WinPE it reboots after preparing network connections. Did F8 and checked and am getting IP and can see HD with diskpart. Attached are logs.

Failed to download pxe variable file. Code(0x00000001)
PxeGetPxeData failed with 0x80004005

You might need to add network drivers into this boot image. I don't see the machine is getting an IP address in the log file.

When WinPE loads I am pressing F8 and verifying that the machine is receiving an IP using ipconfig. If it is showing an IP address then, it should be getting one, correct?

Let me know if that resolves the issues, else we will try some other ways to fix it.
