PENDING Windows 11 deployment

Hello,
Im trying to deploy Windows 23H2 but always after the task sequence, after last reboot, I got a blue screen ("Why your pc has reboot") so I cant go further (and I cant login)
I integrated a cumulative update in the .wim image, no changes.

Version used:
Mecm v2309
Windows 11 23H2
Windows kits (ADK) : 10.1.19041

If anyone ever had this kind problem...

1. Upgrade ConfigMgr to 2403.
2. Upgrade ADK
3. Can you send a screenshot of your Task Sequence?

Hello , yes we did the upgrade throught 2403, still the same issue after the boot

Can it come from updates which are not installed during the install process?

Steps:
1- boot in winPE (first option selected) (go in if variable _SMSTSinWINPE = False)

2- pc name

3- disk part BIOS & UEFI

4 - Install OS (Win11 Pro) with unnatend attached

5- Apply Windows parameter like Local admin

6 - integration into the domain

7- drivers install

8 - installation of mecm client 2403

9 - add my pc to new OU in Ad

10 - write in the registry if install is ok

Some updates,

I notice the task which cause this problem after the last boot at the end of my task sequence is my configuration manager client package installation task. When its on, I got this problem, when its off, I havent this problem after boot...

Someone ever had this issue?
