Hello,
I am having this really odd issue. I am deploying windows 11 as an in place upgrade. Some computers are taking the upgrade ont th first deployment. Others Blue Screen with Boot_device_inaccessible and reboot on their own. If I redeploy the task sequence, the upgrade will work the second time. SCCM reports the deployments as successful, but if the machine blue screens it rolls back the changes.
Some blue screen with the same error and get stuck, but I cant find anything in the SMSTS logs or the panther logs. Has any ran into this? SCCM reports these machines as ready for upgrade. Any advice is helpful.
