SOLVED WARNING: Failed to Obtain easy setup payload.

I am having this exact issue, however, after restarting the service and running the script multiple times the problem is still not resolved.

@kylestyl - Sorry about the delayed response. In the next update this issue will be fixed. Were you able to fix this issue ?.

Yes actually. After letting it sit for a couple of days, I came in one morning and data had been downloaded to the EasySetupPayload folder. It was in fact the 1602 update. The update never showed up in the SCCM console under Administration/Cloud Services/Updates and Servicing.

I attempted to install it manually, but got an error "The setup command-line option is not valid on this computer."

I ended up moving the install folder to the root of C:\, ran it again, and everything went through fine.
