Hi guys, i currently have one site. and 2 site servers in different locations. the version we had before was 2309 and we are trying to upgrade to 2403. The upgrade fails at the "installing component" part. Preq check passed with no issues. i am running this upgrade from a full administrator account. I get to the portion of "INFO: Starting SMS_SDK_SETUP_SERVICE_PS1 service on \\USKANMECMPSGP01.imtn.gov to install provider..." and this is where it sits for an hour and comes back with the following error
ERROR: Failed to start service. Error code reported was: 1. Last error 1008.
ERROR: Failed to install SMS Provider on sever USKANMECMPSGP01.imtn.gov (80004005)
Failed to install remote provider [USKANMECMPSGP01.imtn.gov](80004005)
ERROR: Failed to install/Upgrade SDK Server on USKANMECMPSGP01.imtn.gov.
InstallComponents failed
i have upgraded to the latest ADK. confirmed with network team and there are no drops. Disabled antivirus. Any help is appreciated.
where i am now is the configuration manager version is now changed to 2403 but the console version and site version are incorrect.
I tried uploading the log files but it says its too large
