PENDING SCCM Client error no valid MP locations found

hello I am having problems installing the sccm client, I have checked the boundarys, necessary ports open....
I have tried to install it with the push client, and by gpo with script

command used with the gpo

ccmsetup.exe’ /noservice /forceinstall /AllowMetered SMSSITECODE=XXX CCMEVALHOUR=13 FSP=XXX.fqdn RESETKEYINFORMATION=TRUE ’

I don't understand what can happen, can you help me?

Why dont you try to install the Client manually via the Admin Console? Right-Click the Client and choose "Install Client".

Also you could configure the Client Push-Installation. I wouldn't deploy the SCCM-Client via GPO.

Try to disable the firewall on the client

The client is unable to reach the management point and hence the installation is failing. Try other installation methods as suggested by @MaxSJD and let us know the results.
