PENDING SCCM agent install but console showing not install

I have a problem with my sccm that the sccm client is installed on the system but the console is showing that the sccm client is not installed.
Sccm 2016
Sccm Version:1906
Site version: 5.0.8853.1000

and exactly what have you done to troubleshoot this?

On the client computer, do you see all the cycles listed in the action tab of ConfigMgr agent properties? Is the client in boundaries? Upload Clientlocation.log, locationservices.log.
