PENDING SCCM 2012 R2 Sp1 Domain Joining Issue

Hi,
I have upgrade my SCCM 2012 R2 to Sp1 I am facing problem when I am using OSD task sequence for new machines everything installed only domain Joining problem.I also update CU's.But facing same issue.Before upgrade every thing was fine.I will highly appreciate if you can help me in this regard.

Could you explain more about this issue ?. Are you using default computers OU as location for newly joined computers ?.
