SOLVED SCCM 2012 disable software center notification

Hi,
i want to suppress balloon notifications for a specific device collection ("New Software is available") on Software Center console for task sequence /applications deployments .
I create a "Custom Setting Client Device settings" rule forcing "Show Notification for new deployments" to No and deploying this rule to the device collection, but it doesn't work.

Is the computer (where the balloon notification appears) part of the device collection where the policy is applied ?. In the sccm console, could you right click the device and click client settings > resultant client settings and check if the policy is applied ?.

No the policy seems not applies as showns in the figure below.




The policy i've created is Suppress Baloon notification and it is deployesd to device collection called temp sw , the device belongs to this collection





Why the policy does not reach this device?

Why don't you edit the settings in default client settings ?. Else Try increasing the priority of suppress baloon notif setting and see if it works.

Because i want to suppress the notification only for the task sequence deployed t5o this device collectin where i add the device when it is necessary.
Now i try to increase the priority

But if i increase the priority "Suppress baloon notification" overrides all the others client settings?

Increasing the priority it works fine.
