PENDING SCCM 1602 stuck on Downloading in Updates and Servicing

We have no internet proxy server.However , we have download files manually but still showing downloading on SCCM cloud services.We are waiting long while that it would be available but still showing downloading.

check this log to see the progress of the download Dmpdownloader.log

and this log CCM Installation Directory\Logs\CMUpdate.log for the installation progress.

as suggested by @Edy check the dmpdownloader.log. Attach the log file so that we can investigate.
