SOLVED Resolving task sequence dependencies fail while trying to install windows 10.

We had a working TS and we have installed hundredes of computers. This week we got new model and needed to add new driver package to SCCM and include it to the OSD TS. When testing the TS first time we got this dependencies failure. Removed the drivers from TS, but still the same error.smsts.log shows failure when downloading a policy.
I even made a new TS without any drivers, packages or application, only Windows 10 (1803) image and it has exactly the same error.
Any idea what might cause this failure?

Finally figured out this. Problem was related only to one computer which was already imaged once without correct drivers. Earlier we have had no such error when reinstalling same comuputer several times and that computer was added to the collection where TS was deployed.
