Renew SCCM Client Certificate

Hi guys,

My MP stopped working because the client certificate didn't automatically renew. "Renew certificate" is greyed out when I try to do it in SCCM. I set it up following these instructions:

My question is - do I need to recreate the whole template/issue it again or is there a way to force it to renew again?
