Hi Arun

Do you have an OSD task sequence deployed for PXE clients to either unknown computers or a collection?
You also need to create the device using its MAC in SCCM.
Go to Assets and Compliance > Right click Devices > Import Computer Information > Import Single Computer > Enter a computer name and MAC or SMBIOS GUID.
Once created deploy your task sequence to the collection where you placed this new device.

I am having the exact same issue (Server 2012 R2)... I checked the smsimages folder and I have two image sub-folders with WIM (I assume one for each x86 and x64) I updated the distribution points on both images just to make sure they were good to go. Setanta30, I would use your method but I just don't have the time to add all of these mac addresses/names for all of these computers (no offense) Prajwal (love your site) I have used all of your steps in setting up the PXE to no avail. What I am missing is probably simple but it is driving me nuts! Any help would be appreciated. Attached some screen shots to clarify how I am set up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

@arun ganesh - Just ensure the boudaries and boundary groups are configured correctly. correct DP is associated with the boundary group. Also check your DHCP options 66,67.

@Jarrett Warner - From the log file i see your boot image has got issues
"Error opening file: D:\RemoteInstall\SMSImages\MOB00002\boot.MOB00002.wim. Win32=32 SMSPXE 8/10/2016 1:00:48 PM 38416 (0x9610)
Retrying D:\RemoteInstall\SMSImages\MOB00002\boot.MOB00002.wim SMSPXE 8/10/2016 1:00:48 PM 38416 (0x9610)"

What you can try is disable and enable PXE, restart WDS and cleard all the PXE advertisements. Let me know how it goes.
