I don't see any error in the log file except one line Mobile client on the target machine has the same version, and 'forced' flag is not turned on. Not processing this CCR.
Looking at the log file i can say the client has been installed on the target system so the CCR was discarded. What does ccmsetup log file on client machine say ?.
