SOLVED Is hotfix KB37942646 required for ConfigMgr 2603 without new CMG?

Hi, I read the KB37942646 hotfix description and it states the update supports compliance and support for CMG deployments by transitioning to a new Windows Server 2022 image. Can we skip this hotfix and install the next update (that superseeds this one) or is it critical for existing CMG VMs?

You may skip this hotfix if you are not currently deploying a new instance of CMG in your setup. I assume the next update or hotfix should cover this.
