I am trying to determine why some systems (i have 3 in this situation) are downloading a software package (package model, not application) and going very, very slow. i'm looking on the DP and i can see the active connection, it's pulling ~1Mbps. the odd thing about this, another system i did a build, same model hardware and all, and it ran fine (the entire TS). another oddity, on the systems with issues, during the WinPE phase of OSD, downloading drivers and OS WIM, it is at full bandwidth. when the TS is at the step to install this package (visual studio 2019, packaged as a WIM for faster transport than xxxxx amount of files) it slows down dramatically.
i've looked at peercaching and branchcaching -- no improvement.
