SOLVED In-place Upgrade Task Sequence Password Prompt

I need to create a password prompt for a WIN10 in-place upgrade Task Sequence run from within Software Center. I been researching online and found some great ones that work in the WINPE mode but can't find anything that will work from the OS environment. Can anyone help I have a customer looking for this.

I am thinking it might be able to be done with variables or a hta package but can't find any good how to's.

Here is what I have found so far but following the threads has been a bit challenging.

I read the post and the instructions are clear. Where exactly are you stuck ?. May i know what is the reason behind enabling the password for upgrade TS when you have the option to deploy it to known computers ?.
