Hey guys/gals,
My name is David, currently only a level 1 Help Desk Analyst but that's just my job title. I have a vast knowledge I'm just waiting to be recognized for it. My future is with SCCM and I'm here to learn as much as I can.
It was about 6 months ago when our OSD was broken and no one knew how to fix it. I stepped up and said I'd give it a shot. Turns out our boot image was corrupt and all I needed to do was create a new one, and insert the correct drivers. The admin here had inserted every driver for every model of PC we had here - ouch!
So here I am learning about packaging, applications, updates, reporting, troubleshooting, and the most fun - OSD! Thank you Prajwal for your SCCM articles and this forum, they have helped me tremendously. I hope to help others with their issues - if I know the answer.
