Hello, everyone!
My name is Chris and I am the Director of Technology for the Town of Billerica, a small town in eastern Massachusetts. Sadly, I'm a one man show here who is grossly overwhelmed and am perpetually behind on learning anything, keeping up-to-date with anything, and in general... swamped. I steer the tech ship, but also clean the toilets and pump it out when it takes on water (which is daily)...
I'm "new" to SCCM (despite having it in production for years) and largely that's what I'll be bothering you all about for God-only-knows-how-long.
Gonna need a LOT of help because I am, well, clueless...
Anyway, just sayin' "HI!"
