PENDING Failing to exclude apps in Office 2021

I am trying to install Office 2021 Professional Plus through SCCM. The screenshot of the script works for installing office. However, anytime we change the ExcludeApp section, Office fails to install. We get the error 0xFFFFFFFF(-1) from Software Center. We want 2 scripts. One for Staff and one for Students. For the Staff script, we want to exclude Skype for Business and OneDrive from installing. For the student script, we want to exclude Skype for Business, OneDrive, and Outlook. Could someone please tell us why our script keeps failing if we alter the ExcludeApp section?
