Hello,

I created a custom client setting and deployed to my lab PC but when I open software center on the PC it is not applying. I ran a machine policy update but still no luck. The organization name is set to "IT Organization" which is not what I configured. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated!

Is the client actively getting the policies from MP?

Because I couldn't get it to work I created a new windows 11 VM and now when I am trying to run a push client install I have a grey "?" on the device and when I log into the client device > control panel > configuration manager it only lists "Machine Policy Retrieval" & "User Policy Retrieval". I am unsure why this is happening all of a sudden.

What are Client install logs indicating?

Looks like DNS issue. Have you tried re-ip these servers? Checked whether flushdns resolves it or IP subnet is NATed
I saw the network adapters on the servers stated "unidentified network" even though the DC and SCCM server are static assigned. Once I re-ip the servers the network adapter list the correct domain. What should I do now for the client to communicate with the server?

Try reinstalling the client on one of them and see whether it helps with the issue.
