SOLVED Cloud PC reset is stuck with Provisioning status

Recently we allowed an user the permissions to reset the Cloud PC. While the reset was performed, user waited over 30 minutes and was still not able to access the Cloud PC. Upon checking the status in the Intune admin center, we see that the Cloud PC status shows as Provisioning and it is like almost stuck there. Is this normal or how long does it take for this operation to complete?

Thanks for the response Prajwal. I think the issue is finally resolved now. I am guessing it is due to connection issues but I am not exactly sure why it took so long for the reset to complete.
If your Cloud PC reset is stuck on “Provisioning” status, it might be running the operations in the background. How long have you been waiting and what's the current status?
