Basically I am trying to figure out a way to open a Command Prompt and run a command possibly using the Application ID from Software Center and have that command call the application and install it automatically.

Is their a reason why you are not using required deployments? This is exactly what it does...

It is a request from users that work on the lab machines and want to be able to just open a CMD and type a CMD and have it auto install the application from SC. Don't get me wrong i feel it is a waste of time, when i can just create a user collection and advertise all the applications they want.

I agree this is a waste of time. IMO It will be far faster to click the app in SW center. or if there is a need for remotely doing it, there are 3rd party tools to do it.
