PENDING Applications stuck at downloading 0%

Hi
Apologies but I am very inexperienced with MECM.
We have been using the system for the past couple of years without any problems but I have recently come across an issue whereby any Application that I push out to our clients works fine if they are on our local network but, if the user is at home and connected to our network via a VPN, the Application sits at 'Downloading 0%' and doesn't get any further. I have tried numerous Applications, that worked fine previously, and they all hang at this point.
I have tried looking at the logs and the CAS.log shows the following, which I am presuming means they can't find a DP (?);

As I am the only person who deals with MECM at our site, I know that nothing has changed within MECM itself. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the issue could be?

Hello @Mick99,
You need to create a dedicated boundary group for your VPN clients using IP address range -as a boundaries- then assign your DP as a site system server.
Also, be sure that your VPN clients can reach your DP within the 80/443 ports.

Thank you so much for your reply, I shall take a look at that guidance. Would the range consist of the 172 addresses which the devices get assigned as I can't understand how the Applications have worked fine for the past two years without a boundary group consisting of those addresses?

Exactly, the IP address range should contain the private VLAN set for VPN clients.
You said when the device is connected to VPN, the download stucks, but when it's in the LAN, no issues at all. This is the reason I asked you to update the boundaries configuration because it should include also VPN ip ranges.
