PENDING Application deployed to collection with 965 members is only showing that the collection has 50 members under Monitoring

I have a collection named "Field Workstations" which is populated using a query of an AD OU membership. The query's limiting collection is "All Systems" and the collection shows 965 members. The collection also shows with 965 Members Visible On Site and 698 of them are currently showing Client Activity as "Active." I have deployed an application named "Documentum" to this collection and when I look under Monitoring-Deployments and search for "Documentum" deployed to the "Field Workstations" collection, it is showing only 50 Requested (instead of 965 or 698), with 0 assets listed as "Requirements Not Met" and 0 assets listed as "Unknown." I have deployed other applications to the "Field Workstations" collection in the past few days and they all are returning a number of Requested in Monitoring-Deployments between 698 and 965. It is just this one deployment giving me issues. What log can I check to try to find the issue and would the log be on the primary or on a target workstation?
