All Software Updates does not have 2024-11 Windows updates for Win10 22h2 only for version 1607

I've been having trouble with WSUS to the point where I had to uninstall and install it back. All Software Updates is showing all the Security and .NET updates for Windows 11 version 22h2, 23h2, and 24h2. Windows 10, I'm only seeing the 2024-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 version 1607. Clients with Windows 10 version 22h2 when I manually check for Windows Updates I get no results. All the Windows troubleshooting steps that have worked in the past are not working now. Which option in the WSUS products and classifications or ADR I need to look for Win10 22h2 updates to show up? I might have two different problems. The ADR complains that the Auto Deployment Rule download failed. Thank you for assistance.
