SOLVED All Clients Inactive, Unable to PXE Boot

I just got back from vacation and about to start imaging all the new computers that have come in and I noticed all the clients are Inactive. They have been for the past 20 days and when I went to go PXE boot a new device to test out the image I receive a 0xc000000f error code. Everything was working fine 20-25 days ago. I honestly don't even know where to start to figure out what has gone wrong. Any help or point in the right direction would be wonderful.

I believe these are two different issues. For client agents inactive, on the client machines check the ClientLocation.log and ClientIDManagerStartup.log if there are any errors, which are preventing the clients to connect to the Management Point.

Finally figured out what it was, a corrupt Management Point. Removed that and readded it back to the SCCM and everything works fine.
