Hi, 1st post here, I am a manager for SCCM in our company and we are progressively updating all our possible computers to windows 11 24h2 that meets all the requirements to receive it (like tpm cpu etc...)
I follow the guide we can find here at prajwaldesai and everything going well, there is a glitch for a specific model of computer.
Dell Latitude 3410 model is stuck at 0% success with the upgrade. All other model of computer are upgrading without errors.
There is what's happening. When a client go to the software center and click operating system and the package is downloaded and installed, the installation stop at 98% and rollback.
We even try to install windows 11 24h2 iso directly on that model and it's the same result.
After checking the cpu for the model, it's a 10th gen cpu and all requirements passed with success too, tpm 2.0 ready.
We just don't understand why that machine can't have windows 11.
Someone have a clue on this mystery ? thank you

Solution
You can try these 2 options on the affected machine.
Option 1:
You can reset Windows 10 with the "Keep my files" and "Cloud download" options. However, you will lose all the apps and settings. This is the recommended option.

Option 2:
Reset the State Repository database. This may cause the Start menu and Settings to be inoperable on some systems. However, after resetting the database, an in-place upgrade to Windows 11 should resolve the issues. The following link has instructions to reset the State Repository database.

Note: The above procedure will remove all the Store apps. As mentioned earlier, there may be side effects, such as an inoperable Start menu.
