Hi,

i updated our Windows Server from 2012 to 2016 and then to 2019.

Then i try to run the Configuration Manager 2403.

The Update was starting and i got the State Prerequisite check failed.

So the installation is ongoing and currently it is hanging in this state since one day.

In the CMUpdate.log i see the following:1732716349897.png
What could be the problem?

Have you tried fixing those prerequisite check errors first? From the screenshot, I can tell the upgrade has not yet started.

For this error i am not sure what to do?

Description: HTTPS or Enhanced HTTP are not enabled for client communication. HTTP-only communication is deprecated and support will be removed in a future version of Configuration Manager. Enable a more secure communication method for the site either by enabling HTTPS or Enhanced HTTP. For more information, see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2155007.

Here are my current settings:

Use the Co-Management Workload slider for resource access policies in Intune. Remove the Certificate Enrollment Point site system role and all policies for enterprise resource access features. These features will be deprecated in March 2022. Access to enterprise resources includes email, certificate, VPN, Wi-Fi, and Windows Hello for Business profiles. For more information, see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2186198

This one here i will try and let you know:

The site database is backlogged in change tracking SQL data. For more information, see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2027576.
