I am facing an issue on my WSUS server where the following service is not running: Client Web Service. Due to this issue, clients are not reporting to the WSUS server, which is impacting our ability to manage updates effectively.

I am currently experiencing an issue with my WSUS (Windows Server Update Services) server, specifically with "The Client Web Service"
not being stable. Despite several troubleshooting attempts, I have not been able to resolve the problem. If you have any insights or
solutions regarding this issue, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Checked Service Status:

Verified that the WSUS services are running.
Restarted the WSUS services and IIS.
Restarted WSUS Pool.
Recycled WSUS Pool.

Try uninstalling the WSUS and installing it again. That may help.

Dear,

I have reinstalled WSUS four times, and it works fine with minimal product and classification settings.
However, when I select the required products and classifications (once WSUS is fully loaded), it starts experiencing issues.
Please note that WSUS was previously running on a physical server. Since migrated to a virtual environment, this problem has arisen.

I think it could be a network related issue.
