PENDING Stop WSUS from pushing updates

I am a disconnected environment have been for ages, so I have been manually importing updates onto my wsus box and pushing them out via SCCM happy days. Been working fine no problems.

Well now I have an upstream server (3rd party).

Problem
I have to select the updates and download them so they go into my WSUS content folder locally and get SCCM to deploy them out happy day :). However when I click on WSUS to download it automatically tries and pushes the updates out. I have used GPO so you cant click "Install" on windows update.
How can I totally turn it off....?

Solution?
Have I missed a GPO?
Can I just point my SCCM to the 3rd party WSUS Content folder? Not sure I can.

Thanks
