PENDING Secure Boot cert deployment through Intune

Hi Everyone,
In our organization, we deployed the 2023 Secure Boot certificate through Intune during the second week of February. Currently, we still have around 23,000 devices pending the update. When we check the deployment status in Intune, most devices are showing “Not started” or “In progress.”
What steps should we take to troubleshoot or expedite the Secure Boot certificate deployment/updated?
Any guidance or best practices would be appreciated.

Can you check if the devices are receiving the policies applied via Intune?. If yes, I would suggest you start by collecting diagnostic logs from affected devices. Also, check event viewer on Windows devices for errors related to policy and certificate deployment.
