If I have the firewall off on the sever that is running SCCM is there any need to do any firewall rules on the server? SCCM? SCCM Client? SQL? Etc. I assume no since it is off.

On the client PC end if the firewall is on what do I have to for firewall rules on that end at the minimum. SCCM Clietn? SQL? Etc

I have seen docs on Microsoft website regarding firewall rules and there seems to be a ton.

All ports are detailed on the @Prajwal Desai post.
If you have SQL Server on a separate server, don't forget to configure also the necessary firewall ports between the both, also if you have any network firewall.

Thank you very much for the info. Very helpful. Any other ports outside the norm I need to be worried about either on the server or client side.
