SOLVED SCCM Course and Task sequence issue

I am fairly new to SCCM 2012 and need to maintain and be able to trouble shoot any issues which arise, I was wondering if you could recommend any courses which I can do to become an expert in SCCM 2012 so that I can manage the systems and resolve any issues?

Please let me know as we have a few issues at the moment where new image deployment with task sequence is not installing MS office on some PCs?

Hi Bhav, i would suggest you go through the SCCM 2012 training to understand about SCCM. To understand the basics of SCCM you could start with MVA( microsoft virtual academy).

I am doing that which other would you recommended, where I can go to for SCCM training?
I have seen Learning Tree, Firebrand etc but not sure which would be best to go for?

Hey Bhav,

I attended a 5 day course, Administering System Center 2012 Configuration Manager (M10747) in Manchester back in November.

This was booked through Course Academy (who can usually offer many locations, so I'm sure London wouldn't be an issue). The actual course was provided by QA. I was sent on the course by my employer so I am not 100% sure how much it cost.

The course was quite fast paced, and didn't really delve into any technical issues. It was very useful, don't get me wrong, but I would say it was more of a "whirlwind tour of SCCM".
