PENDING SCCM client not downloading software updates

You haven't mentioned how you are deploying updates and there is no other log files that you have attached. So I don't think we can troubleshoot this issue.

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply.
I am using ADR mainly but I have tried to deploy a single update as well to a test collection and it does not work.
I have an existing SSCM server that was not working properly so I have installed a new one.
I have set boundaries are set on the new SCCM and I have removed them from the old SCCM.
Everything seems fine as I can image PCs and deploy application just fine but software updates are not deploying.
I have attached the logs that I was looking at, please let me know if I need to attach any other logs.
Also this is part of the windowsupdate log:

Hi! I have this issue too.
My enviroment: Hyper-V (OS Host: Windows 10).
I tried: disable AV, firewall, format de Client OS and etc.
And in the internet there are nothing about the "*FAILED* [80246007] ISusInternal:: IsCommitRequired".

have you got 2 SCCM servers in the same domain like me?

No, my environment is very simple:
1 DC
1 SCCM (single server roles)
1 Client Windows 10 21h1 (but occur with 20H2 too).
The error is the same you.
