SOLVED SCCM Client Activity is Blank (no Information Shown)

Good day to all

I am encountering A weird Error / issues

1. So, the first issue is that devices in SCCM console are not having their Client Activity filled with information (SCCM Client is installed and showing yes) , as shown in Screenshot One



2. I am noticing that hardware scans are not being initiated on devices. Even though I am manually triggering the hardware scan, the date is not changing, and I am not receiving the correct information from devices. For example, if I am sure that a device was running Windows 10 and I changed it to Windows 11, the information is not updating

(obviously reports are also incorrect )

Hopefully someone can Guide me on what should i check exactly

First off those values will take 24 hours to update. If those work, force a full HW inventory.

I even noticed A new device wasn't Discoverable till i ran the full discovery methods . Usually they are there automatically

Do you mean AD System discovery?

You need to review the logs to determine why delta discovery isn't occurring. Or make Full AD discovery to happen daily.

do you know exactly which logs ? should i investigate
