SOLVED PXE stuck at Windows Logo

Hi Guys
having weird issue.
recently update my SCCM to 1902 and ADK to 1809.

after the update PXE gets stuck at Windows Logo screen. this is the screen after it communicates with SCCM server gets the boot image and Windows Logo appears.
my understanding is this is before WinPE.
Due to which i cant press F8 and find out what exactly the issue is. i have added all the drivers from WIN PE and still wont get past that screen.
SMSPXE is not showing anything.
Boot images are up to date with latest boot image n ADK. i am battling this for past 3 days any help would be appreciated.

It is not an issue with boot image but it could be due to bad, missing, corrupt, or some other driver or hardware-related issue. Unless you inject the correct drivers in boot image, the PXE boot will be stuck at Windows logo
