Hi @ all
At the moment iam stuck in a pxe performance problem ...
for better understanding heres the customers infrastructure
two Hyper V Hosts Server 2K12 R2 - patched
one System Center Server with dpm, vmm, opsmgr, sccm - patched
everything runs like a charme except the PXE deployment performance
on Hyper V Host 2 the delivery speed is up to 40mbits, but stable
on HyperV Host 1 the delivery speed is not stable and cruise around 10 to 40 mbit
the sccm runs in a VM ive added a extra network card for deployment (two physical seperated cards)- again the pxe boot and everything around works perfect.
Also ive added the registry tweaks mentioned in some tutorials but this only affects the response time between client <> pxe server.
Install.wim deployment is too slow for productive environment - even when the install.wim is not modified with drivers, apps etc,...
The average Networkspeed from SC Server to Host 1 or 2 is 100MB/s ...inside VM to VM or Host ~ 90-100 MB/s
Anybody familiar with this or got some ideas?
