Morning,
I have deployed Office 365 via SCCM. The application was created via Office 365 Client Management Screen using the office 365 installer wizard. The initial package i created was standard office applications. However, I have now created a separate application package using the same process that also includes Visio 2021 as i have some users that utilize Visio, but the majority do not.
The issue i have is that even though I have 2 different application packages, SCCM still sees the machine as having the initial installation so the deployment of the second package to a machine that has already installed the initial package just shows an Uninstall option in software center. The appIntentEval.log file shows "Current State = Compliant, Applicability = Applicable, ResolvedState = Compliant, ConfigureState = NotNeeded, Title = ApplicationIntentPolicy".
I am wondering how i can force the application to re-install regardless of previous install state so that the install picks up the Visio change. Perhaps i'm doing something incorrectly but either way would greatly appreciate any assistance.
