Hi to all,
I am getting this error event id 1552:
"User hive is loaded by another process (registry lock) process name:
c:\windows\system32\svchost.exe
c:\windows\system32\spoolsv.exe
c:\windows\system32\winlogon.exe
c:\windows\system32\spoolssv.exe
c:\windows\system32\csrss.exe
all of them are associated to ProfSvc.
How can I fix it ?
The AV agent is kaspersky, so all the examination exclussions are applied
SFC and DISM get success result
when a new user try to log in, It only creates temporaly profiles.
With user logged in several times before it keeps working and the user connect well
Any guide would be appreciated
