PENDING Deploying tool in sccm

Hi ,
I have a tool for uninstalling Trend micro with old version and install the latest one is there a way to deploy it in sccm since it is a run tool

hello, i made that process long time ago. but not uninstalling the old version. it was like converting to the latest without have to uninstalling the old version. in this i could help.
