If you want to quickly configure ports for client communication in your SCCM site, you can do it from the primary site properties. In general, the common ports that need to be opened include TCP 80 (HTTP) and TCP 443 (HTTPS) for communication between SCCM clients and the server. Configuration Manager comes with a list of default ports configured for the site communication but you can modify them based on your organization's requirements.
Here is how you can specify the ports that SCCM uses to communicate with clients in your existing site. In the Configuration Manager console, go to the Administration workspace, expand Site Configuration, and select the Sites node. Select the primary site to configure. On the Home tab of the ribbon, select Properties. Switch to the Ports tab.

Select a service, and then select the Properties icon to open the Port Detail window. You may also right-click on the pre-defined services and modify the port number for communication. Click OK to close the port detail window. To apply the changes, click Apply and OK.
