Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue in my SCCM environment, which consists of one server and a remote database.
When we have deployed it, clients installations was successfull,with all policy actions available, but since few days, clients push installations results with only two clients actions (computer Strategy policy and User policy).

I have checked
Installation logs -->No error
Management point health seems OK(it's green), like all my site components
mpcontrol.log -->no error
Client is assigned to the site
but it seems it doesn't download policies.
Globally, it seems that all our clients computers doesn't download policy from the site.

Can you please help me to understand this phenomenon, and handle this issue

If the MP is working fine and the client is unable to contact and download polices, you will have an error on download in the policyagent.log file on the agent (Log location: C:\Windows\System32\CCM\Logs). Before checking this though, check if the locationservices.log has the correct MP information.

Thanks Prajwal for you reply,

I think the MP is working fine. But my clients are not able to download the policy. You can take a look of my clients now (Righ side of the picture attached below)
I also see that CCM notification agent is disabled. I don't know if it is related to my issue.
Find attached here, mpcontrol log, and policyAgent log of one of my client. Nothing appears wrong for me.
I also think that locationservices.log has the correct MP information. (also attached)
Allow me to repeat, at Monitoring tab of ConfigMgr Console,all my components are "Green".

Thanks for your help!!!

@Patson Bass - Have the configuration manager client agents got the certificate assigned to them?. On the client machine open configuration manager properties > General Tab > check the client certificate option.

I think the clients agents certificate is "auto-Assigned"(in french auto-signé).
The communication beetween MP and clients is done through Http.

Hi @Prajwal Desai,
Sorry for the delay, I was sick.
I proceed today to the removing and adding of the MP, but no difference.
I see that Agent Notification CCM is disabled. Maybe it's an issue?

Thanks for your assistance,
Thanks everyone for your kind attention.

Hope to read you soon.

I had this issue in my completely isolated test lab. I cloned my sccm server and pulled it over to our test lab and brought it up. Everything looked fine, but was not getting the actions/policies. MP status was fine, no errors in my logs. I removed and re-added MP (without rebooting the server) to no avail. Finally I decided to just remove the MP again, reboot, then add it back. This solved my issue. If you didn't reboot after you removed your MP, give that a shot. It may work for you.

Hi daveydoom, i have rebooted my server but no success.

What should I do now??

A lot of forums talk about this issue even in Microsoft technet, but no answers..

Hi Patson,
If you are agent is disabled then please check the following steps,
  1. In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System CenterConfiguration Manager / Site Database / Site Management / <site code> –<site name> / Site Settings / Client Agents.

  2. Right-click Desired Configuration Management Client Agent, and then click Properties.

  3. On the General tab, enable the option Enable Desired Configuration Management on clients.

  4. Click OK.

Hi @Maunil Mehta, :)
please before marking as resolved, I'm facing this error message from MP_Policy.log file;):(:

CPolicyManagerHandler::HandleMessage(): SetComplete(DISCARD) called. MP_PolicyManager 10/11/2015 15:00:01 1352 (0x0548)
CHandlePolicyAssignmentRequest::CreatePolicyRequestStagingFile: cannot create or find policy request file MP_PolicyManager 10/11/2015 15:00:05 1352 (0x0548)

MP_PolicyManager 10/11/2015 15:00:05 1352 (0x0548)

My clients are OK now, communicating smoothly with my MP, but MP_Policy.log file is full of Red of those messages, I don't know what it means or how to fix it.

MP_Framework.log contains (Not in RED):

Converting policy request file succeed MpFramework 11/11/2015 12:11:21 2112 (0x0840)
