PENDING client with two action

We have a sccm in standalone mode after converting app server from hyper to esxi all new client agent installation show with two active action
and disable ccm notification agent .and all client have
[Assignment Request] Assignments request for Machine <Machine Name> completed with status 0x80004005 in PolicyAgent_RequestAssignments

none new policy set in client setting not efect on client.
new client show with "?" on icon in console.
os deployment is working.
please help to solve this problem.

if you have two actions it is almost always a boundary issue. Make sure that you are only using ip ranges.

What are MP settings? HTTP or HTTPS? Did you check the certificates?

So have you reviewed the location logs on the client to confirm it shows within the boundary?

The clients may not be communicating with MP and hence you see only two actions cycles. Check the locationservices.log.
